Construction Career Opportunity Program
Created in 2005, the Construction Career Opportunity Program (CCOP) is a collaborative effort between the Builders Association and community groups to increase diversity in the workforce.
Chicago Urban League
The Builders Association is proud to support the Chicago Urban League in its endeavors to increase diversity on Chicagoland's construction jobsites. A number of members have participated in the Urban League's Contractor Development Program, which prepares small businesses for the next level and increases the pool of qualified Minority Business Enterprises.
