JCB Settles Jurisdictional Disputes

The Joint Conference Board heard seven Step II hearings between June of 2007 and May of this year. In each hearing, representatives from met with the Chicago & Cook County Building and Construction Trades Council and the Construction Employers Association to resolve jurisdictional disputes.
