The deadline for the bill to pass the House and go to the Senate is currently May 23, but that deadline could be moved again. The legislative session is scheduled to end May 30.

The Environmental Protection Agency has earmarked $5 million in funds to help construction companies clean up their diesel engines and reduce emissions in the Midwest region alone. The Builders Association can help you obtain a portion of those funds to help pay for diesel retrofits.
