Benefits of membership

The Builders Association is the leading trade association serving general contractors, specialty contractors, and suppliers in the Chicagoland commercial construction industry. The association offers a myriad of services and solutions designed to help our member companies become and stay among the best in the business. Regular members

Any person, firm or corporation capable of undertaking construction work as a prime contractor with overall responsibility for the satisfactory completion of the project.

Associate members

A specialty contractor applying for associate membership is eligible to assign labor contract bargaining rights to the Builders Association.

Affilate members

An affiliate is any company who serves the construction industry.

AGC Membership

AGC is the national voice of the construction industry and is an organization of over 36,000 construction contractors and industry related companies. The Builders Association is the Chicago area chapter of the AGC. We are the only association that provides AGC membership to those companies headquartered in Cook, Lake or DuPage counties.
