Dues

A Builders Association Regular Member is defined as: Any person, firm or corporation capable of undertaking construction work as a prime contractor with overall responsibility for the satisfactory completion of the project.

The following bracket system, based on Gross Construction Sales Volume during the previous fiscal year, is the basis for Builders Association Regular Member Annual Dues.

The definition of a Regular Member's Gross Construction Sales Volume (GCSV) is "The company's revenue from all construction work in the previous fiscal year, measured by total value of contracts put in place, whether by acting as a general contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, construction manager at risk, owner's representative, program manager, or project manager."

The Builders Association's market area, for the purpose of calculating GCSV, includes the following contiguous counties: Cook, Lake (IL), DuPage, Kane, Will, Grundy, Kendall, McHenry, DeKalb, Boone, LaSalle, Kankakee, Lake (IN), Porter (IN), Kenosha (WI), Walworth (WI).  Construction work to which the member's GCSV is applied include all construction except road building, underground and residential (as defined by union labor contracts).
