Join AGC of America Nov. 11 through Nov. 13, 2009 for a leadership-enhancing, three-day workshop designed by Constructors for Constructors.  

The Leadership in Construction Workshop will use personal assessments, group exercises, instructor lead discussions and various activities to provide participants with quality leadership training.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Examining misconceptions of leadership
  • Differentiating the characteristics of leaders versus managers
  • Examining the concept of change
  • Illustrating different styles of using influence to achieve a goal
  • Analyzing an effective module for conflict resolution
  •  

    Attendance is open to all individuals in the construction industry who direct or influence other personnel to meet project goals, and offres continuing education credits.
