County Board President To Speak At Annual Meeting

Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle will give welcoming remarks at the Builders Association's Annual Meeting Thursday, December 15 at the Trump International Hotel & Tower.
President Preckwinkle has been a dedicated community leader for over two decades, having served 19 years as Alderman of Chicago's 4th Ward before being elected Board President. She has successfully fought for greater funding for education, living wage ordinances and affordable housing in her ward and was named IVI-IPO Best Alderman six times. She joins Linbeck Group CEO Chuck Greco and Community Builder Award winner Boyd Black on this year's program, which will focus on the benefits of lean construction.
