July 19, 2012, 1:00-2:30pm

Are your subcontractors in compliance? Government contractors are sometimes “on-the-hook” when it comes to flowing down contract clauses and/or regulatory requirements to its subcontractors. For example, the Davis-Bacon Act, OFCCP’s affirmative action regulations, and the federal False Claims Act, to name a few, all have specific requirements that flow down to subcontractors. Whether you are a prime contractor or a subcontractor with lower-tier subcontracts, this program will identify and explain the flow down requirements that government contractors should be aware of as well as techniques for training your subcontractors in order to keep YOU out of hot water! Speakers will include Andrew W. Stephenson of Holland & Knight and Kris Talynn of Okland Construction.

The course costs $99 for members and $129 for non-members. For more information or to register, visit the AGC's Website.
