Lean Construction Institute Coming to Chicago

Come be apart and explore Lean Construction with the First Lean Construction Institute (LCI), which is coming to Chicago November 17th through the 18th.

This is a two-day workshop exploring the principles and application of Lean Project Delivery Systems to the design, engineering and construction of capital projects. The conference also serves as the kick-off event for LCI Chicago  Community of Practice that will continue to advocate Lean Project Delivery.

The first day of the workshop will  be instructed by Dick Bayer he will cover Lean Construction Basics. The second day will cover Lean Construction Possibilities.
