The Builders Association's Annual Meeting Thursday, December 15, 2011 at the Trump International Hotel & Tower focused on lean construction. The keynote address by Chuck Greco of the Linbeck Group - Chair of the AGC of America's Building Division - discussed what makes a project lean, how it differs from conventional construction methods and what the AGC is doing to help companies get there.
