This webinar will explore how the Lean philosophy and tool set can be beneficial for trade partners as well as general contractors. Using TDIndustries' use of Lean as an example, the webinar will present Lean as it is applied in a pre-fab shop and at the project site. This includes the five areas of focus: 5S, Pull Planning, Constraint Analysis, 6 Week Planning, and Essential Conversations. The course will conclude with insights from Tim McNew, Senior Vice President for TDIndustries.
