Mandatory NLRB Posters Now Avilable

AGC has annouced that the National Labor Relations Board’s new poster notifying employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act is now available.

All private-sector employers, union or nonunion must begin posting the posters notice as of November 14^th. This is a final rule issued by the Board on August 30^th. Employees are allowed to post additonal information along the side of the poster for further information.

The poster can be downloaded in either two formats from the Board's website. Printed copies are also available at regional offices.
