Recent decisions by the National Labor Relations Board have necessitated that employers put another poster in plain view on job sites beginning November 14. According to the AGC of America, this notice must be posted by every private sector employer and will include information on employees' rights through the National Labor Relations Act ("quickie election" rules for unions). The NLRB does not have the authority to impose fines for not posting the information, but there are other punishments failure to post.

Contact Denise Gold at the AGC of America for more information.
