Supervisory Training Webinar Series

AGC of America has been the leader in educating construction site supervisors through its Supervisory Training Program (STP) for over 30 years. Developed, updated and field–tested by contractors, the STP curriculum provides skills that are crucial to a project’s success and supplies information every foreman and supervisor must know to make decisions quickly and confidently in the field. The STP Instructor Training Workshop provides essential skills necessary to train these dynamic industry leaders.

AGC presents the Supervisory Training Webinar Series for early–career construction supervisors and those looking to make a move into such a role. Five webinars, each 90 minutes long, will be presented as part of the series. Participants can elect to attend all five webinars or just sign up for one at a time. The STP webinar series will provide participants with a valuable, yet condensed portion of some of the most popular STP units.
