Last year, the Builders Association created the Builders Education & Training Foundation (BETF) to promote knowledge opportunities within the building industry. The BETF’s Board of Directors developed a Needs Assessment survey to identify specific personnel issues confronting general contracting and subcontracting construction firms in the Chicago area.
